Being located along the Riviera Maya, Dive Mike is situated near many interesting underwater environments, including the caverns and caves of the Cenotes, which are the perfect setting for tec and cave dive training. Technical scuba diving or “Tec Diving” takes divers beyond recreational scuba diving limits. Tec dives may become decompression dives, extending depths or times, or prevent you from reaching the surface directly in a short amount of time as some take place in overhead environments. Tec or Cave Diving is not for everyone. If you are looking for a challenge and are willing to commit fully to your training, accepting the physical fitness requirements and risks, taking a Tec Diving course is highly rewarding and enjoyable. The beautiful instructors Carolina and Dana taught me all the important things so well. They are thorough and made sure that you understand each part of the training before you embark on the real deal: underwater. The staff was really friendly, helpful and professional.
