As travel plans can change unexpectedly, we offer you the possibility to cancel your booking and obtain a refund according to the following Cancelation and Refund Policy:

100% REFUND:

  • When canceling no less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity, except for COZUMEL dives, where the cancellation needs to be made no less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour.
  • If the harbor master closes the port due to bad weather and the diver or student has no chance of rescheduling and an alternative dive site is not available.

NO REFUND:

  • Last minute cancellation: When canceling less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity, except for COZUMEL dives, when the cancellation is made in less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour.
  • No shows
  • In case of personal or technical problems such as strong currents, fear, equalization problems, cold weather, rain, sea sickness, lack of diver’s experience, limited visibility, etc.
